Long-running comedy series “South Park” has announced a brief season 27 hiatus following the premiere episode released on July 23. The next installment will now air next Wednesday, August 6 at 10 p.m.

South Park season 27, episode 2 will premiere on Comedy Central on Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 10 p.m. ET/10 p.m. PT/9 p.m. CT and stream on Paramount Plus the next day (the first episode is already on the streaming service ).
