Localized flooding has been reported in Addison county, as well as parts of the Northeast Kingdom near Sutton as slow-moving thunderstorms dropped 3 to 5 inches of rain just a few hours. Water rescues have occurred, and road closures are ongoing as of 6 p.m.
El Paso has a 30% chance of precipitation on Saturday, June 21, with chances increasing through Monday and Tuesday, June 23-24.
