The new DC Universe has officially launched with ‘Superman‘ already in theaters, and now fans are eager to learn what’s next for the other two legs of the trinity, Batman and Wonder Woman. Thanks to recent updates from DC Studios co-head James Gunn and Warner Bros.

While Superman did contain a Batman easter egg, we did not get any update on the Caped Crusader's DCU movie, The Brave and the Bold, as of now.

Elsewhere in the Batman live-action economy, writer and director Matt Reeves previously shared news that the script for The Batman: Part 2 has finally been completed, moving forward with the second installment in the Patts-Man franchise, separate from the ambitious cinematic goals kicked off by Superman.

While Pattinson's Batman is part of the Matt Reeves Elseworlds universe, and therefore most likely won't ever cross over with David Corenswet's Superman, the DCU does have its own Batman project in the works: The Brave and the Bold.
