An “American Idol” music supervisor and her husband have been found dead in their Los Angeles home after officers conducted a welfare check on Monday afternoon. LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles police officers conducting a welfare check at a gated home on Monday discovered two bodies inside with gunshot wounds.
Los Angeles Police Department officials said an arrest was made Tuesday in the killings of "American Idol" executive Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, who were found dead Monday in their Encino home.
Robin Kaye, a longtime music supervisor for “American Idol,” and her husband Thomas Deluca, both 70, were found dead on Monday, July 14, according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police Department. Police were called after the couple had not been heard from in a few days, and a wellness check was requested.
The extended American Idol family is in mourning today at the shocking loss of the series’ longtime music supervisor, Robin Kaye, who was found murdered along with her husband Thomas DeLuca in their Encino home on Monday (July 15).
