CUB RUN, Ky. (WZTV) — Kentucky State Police (KSP) confirmed a missing 5-year-old boy was found dead. Officers confirmed the tragic discovery of Silas Chearer, the subject of an Immediate Alert Notification (IAN Alert) after he went missing from his home in Hart County.

JACKSON, Ky. (WYMT) - The Jackson Police Department is on the scene of a deadly crash on KY-15. The section of highway between the Jiffy Mart and Walmart is closed for an undetermined amount of time. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A youth basketball tournament at the Kentucky Exposition Center erupted in fear and confusion Sunday after a faulty smoke alarm sent people running for the exits believing shots were being fired.
