Luis Díaz remains determined to leave Liverpool during the summer transfer window and is hoping that Bayern Munich will make a new offer in the coming days to try to convince the English club, a source has told ESPN.

Liverpool are bracing themselves for a fresh approach from Bayern Munich for Luis Diaz with the Bundesliga side ready to test the Reds' resolve over the Colombia winger. Bayern remain keen on Diaz despite having seen an opening proposal worth €67.5million (£58.6m) immediately rejected last week.

Florian Plettenberg of Sky Sport Germany claims that Bayern would offer Díaz a contract at least four years in length and there are clear signals between the player’s camp and Bayern executive Max Eberl. Despite no agreement, it is expected that personal terms are “not an issue”.
