A woman was arrested after deputies say she got so intoxicated that she nearly drowned at St. Pete Beach last Friday.

Over the weekend, people were out and about at multiple markets across Tampa Bay, including Indie Flea in St. Petersburg and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks Art & Craft Festival.
