A Baltimore man was sentenced to two life sentences plus 20 years in prison for shooting that killed two men in a 7-Eleven parking lot.

"I know this is definitely the career I want, I had my mind set on going to the FBI since I was little," said Rylan Bowers, a rising freshman at Mount St. Mary's University.
