Last week, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and A.P. Deauville issued a voluntary recall for over 67,000 cases of Power Stick deodorant due to “cGMP deviations,” which is a difference in the Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations the FDA oversees.

A.P. Deauville, LLC, of Easton, Pennsylvania, initiated the voluntary recall of more than 67,000 cases of Power Stick deodorants on July 10, linked to deviations from current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), according to the FDA.

Walmart has issued a spree of other recalls this month, including Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon, RITZ Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches and YoCrunch yogurts. These recalls were issued over concerns of clear plastic shards within products, allergy mislabeling and possible listeria monocytogenes contamination.
