For the first time since the deadly July Fourth flooding in the Texas Hill Country, Kerr County has no flood advisories or rain in the forecast, allowing search crews to continue their work looking for the bodies of more than 150 missing people.

Flood warnings were in effect in several areas, including ones that were devastated by the July 4 floods. By the afternoon, the rain had eased up in some parts, and some rescuers resumed their work.
